Wrapped around real talk with real people (including myself), I go deep and bare all and encourage others to do the same.

Just listened to The Change podcast via the Inside Out Health email I received. It was so good to hear women talk about the symptoms I am experiencing, the fears I have, and learn things I did not know. I do not feel quite so alone with it all listening to you all. And Tina Jean... what horrible menopause experiences you have had. One massive learning curve listening to you. Bless you.
